Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Return requests within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.

  • Final sale, lingerie, swimwear (where hygiene seals are broken), and accessories are non-returnable—unless defective.

2. Return Process

  • Contact customer support at [info@allaibis.com] for authorization (RMA).

  • Package item securely, include order/invoice number and RMA.

  • Send to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • We inspect returned items within 5–7 business days of receipt.

  • If approved:

    • Refund via original payment method , money will be crediting within 5-7 business days.

    • Exchanges are subject to availability. Exchanges will be done within 3-5 days. exchanged product delivery will be done within 5-6 business days.

  • If not approved, we'll contact you for further instructions.

4. Defective/Wrong Items

  • Report within 7 days of receipt.

  • We'll provide prepaid return shipping label.

  • After receiving the item, we will ship at no cost or issue a full refund (including original shipping).

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Bank processing times vary; wait up to 10 business days after ours.

  • Contact support with order number if you still haven’t received it.

6. Cancellations

  • Cancellations confirmed after shipping will be treated as returns.
